EQUIPMENT SUMMARY

Georgia Steel Boats 42 Europa Trawler

Designed by the late Charles Wittholz, this Canadian-built steel trawler is ruggedly built and ready for the next caretaker to continue the improvements and upgrades needed to truly realize this “diamond in the rough”. The current owner has recently replaced the drive train -- everything between the transmission and the propeller -- and replaced the steering system hydraulics for more dependable cruising. A strong 135HP Perkins 6-354 engine powers the yacht smoothly through a 2” shaft and a big 3 blade 27” x 19” prop. The mast is on a tabernacle and helps make this yacht a great couple’s “Looper” boat.
