Overview

DECK LAYOUT

The transom has a swim platform with swim ladder and an entry door on the port side.

Cockpit floor has two deep wells, on for live bait and the other is a fish box. Clips on both sides below the gunnels serve for tidying away gear; there are salt and freshwater washdown faucets in each corner as well as a fold away seat along the stern. Hanging from the hard top are curtains which attach at the base of the aft facing seat (port) and the sink/storage area (starboard) to create a full enclosure. Step up into the forward apart of the cockpit to the helm/nav station to starboard and the "Admiral's seat"  to port. Both of these seats are comfortable and can seat 2 people. The wheel is a Sea Star tilt helm. Below the helm seat is a U-Line ice-maker and there is storage under the port seat and in hull in the footwell. The floor under the seats, lifts on a hydraulic arm to provide access to the engines, batteries and the generator.

Step out of the cockpit on either side to move to the foredeck or up to the tuna tower. The support structure for the tuna tower doubles as a ladder for access to the upper helm station. There are navigation instruments and a wheel at the upper helm station as well as a seat. Shade is provided by a small, hard top and the Switlik Life raft is situated beneath the seat. Outriggers are attached to the superstructure and rod holders abound.

The forward deck is clear with the Lofrans electric windlass, Danforth Anchor and a spotlight at the bow and it is surrounded by stainless steel guard rails.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Access to the interior is gained through a sliding companionway door to port of the helm. The head, with Corian countertops, basin, circular shower and Vacuflush head, is immediately to port; to starboard is plush, curved settee with storage above and behind. The galley to port has Corian counter tops, single Corian sink with pressurized hot and cold water, EuroKera 2 burner electric stove, Panasonic microwave oven, NovaKool Refrigerator and Freezer and a Black & Decker coffee maker that slides into cabinet. The floor is carpeted and protected by a Snap-On canvas cover which can be easily removed and shaken out.

The owners' cabin is forward and has a centerline berth with access from both sides. Large storage closets on either side of the doorway as well as drawers under the berth and counterspace along each bow, provide plentiful storage; a hatch above allows good ventilation and light.
