ACCOMMODATIONS
Owner: The midship owner’s cabin makes full use of the boat’s 6.4 metre beam with dark wood floors, natural light oak furniture and white satin lacquer – a theme that continues throughout the interior of the vessel. Owner cabin has ensuite bathroom with double sink and book matched marble thoroughly. Ample storage coupled with vanity area in the starboard side has ample storage area.
Guests: Large VIP Cabin with en suite bathroom has the space and comfort of cabins found on much bigger yachts. Magnolia One has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 suites comprising one VIP cabin. The guest cabin bathroom has a twin and a single bed with generous space for movement. The en suite bathrooms have a distinctive combination of luxury marble and light oak to create a stylish space.
Crew: there are 2 crew cabins on Magnolia One accessible from the main galley down. Climbing down the stairs from the galley, crew mess with proper prepping area that incorporates the doors to the captain and crew cabin greets you. On the starboard side, double cabin ( one pullman can be integrated to raise the crew member to 4) with comfortable and spacious en-suite bathroom is the Captains cabin . On the port side, cascaded twin beds are positioned in the cabin to accommodate two crew members . Also the same size as the captains cabin’s en-suite bathroom is present. Crew can access the swimming platfom without being noticed by anyone from the crew messroom, through the engine room and lazarette and out onto swimming platfom.

INTERIOR
With a considerable beam of 21’ (6,40mt.) , the yacht offers plenty of space on board and is far more stylish than any regular old fishing boat. Penned by Asli Hotic and Atilla Eren, the interiors are characterized by dark wood floors, light oak furniture and white paintwork.
Main Salon: MAGNOLIA ONE has an inviting salon with contemporary and cozy styled, very illuminated by the big windows and welcoming main salon is divided by the cockpit with beautiful manually operated varnished mahogany door. Main skylight ( Deck prism I would call) with black out curtain is positioned right in the middle of the white lacquered loft style ceiling in the salon, taking advantage of the sun and daylight as much as possible. On the starboard side down the corridor, MAGNOLIA ONE offers a day head which is very uncommon in this size of yacht.
Galley: The galley offers both ample wor space and a comfortable dining area.Galley of MAGNOLIA ONE houses all necessary equipment that proper 30mt plus yacht has. It also included island serves as multipurpose station as bar at nights and comfortable snack area during day. MAGNOLIA ONE has full height refrigerator, 4 burner cooktop, microwave oven, stove oven, dishwasher , garbage compactor all from Miele.
Design/style notes: MAGNOLIA ONE is designed/project managed by well known designer Tanju Kalaycioglu, who owns Taka Yacht design firm based in Istanbul. the interiors of MAGNOLIA ONE are characterized by dark wood floors, light oak furniture and white paintwork penned by Asli Hottic and Atilla Eren.
EXTERIOR
Magnolia One’s neoclassical design inspired by the old trawlers, Sporting exterior lines and naval architecture by Taka Yacht Design, the Magnolia One exudes old-world charm yet is replete with all the modern features one would expect. The vessel was forged from laminated Acajou mahogany and pairs a dark green hull with contrasting wooden accents.
DECKS
Aft Deck: Stepping up from the swim platform guests are welcomed by a shaded cockpit with U-shaped seating around a table with room for 12 guests. A secondary al fresco dining space and adjacent bar are found on the sundeck beneath the shade of a bimini, with an open aft deck primed for sun lounging and storage for a tender. In the centre is a unique skylight that allows natural light to flood the main saloon below.
Sundeck/Flybridge:MAGNOLIA ONE has a truly spacious flybridge area similar to much bigger yachts. There is large U-shaped seat with table for 8 , a wet bar which is well organized and inward facing allowing comfortable socialization. Addittionally, there is plenty of room for a set of sunbeds and comfortable movement. The skylight is unique and classical design of MAGNOLIA ONE.
Foredeck:Foredeck host the beautiful teak coffee table together with the seating in the back shaded by very stylish bimini. Looking aft from foredeck, one can not miss the look of state of the art search light, skylight and the cowlings.
Beach Club:MAGNOLIA ONE has got the swimming platfom with Opacmare six step transformer both serving as a gangway and lowering platform. Her aft platform makes her very comfortable at anchor when used.
Lazarette:Magnolia One has got the stern with Opacmare five step transformer both serving as a gangway and lowering platform. She features a beautiful teak laid platform with hot-cold washdown and entrance to lazarette for crew entrance to the crew area.
BUILD
Magnolia One has been designed as displacement economical neoclassical trawler design , perfect fit for Mediterranean cruising in style and her shallow draft of 1,60 mt. allows her to cruise in the shallow waters of the Caribbeans.

Notes about the yacht’s build: Magnolia One is built using cold-molded techniques. Acajou mahogany is used with epoxy resin and e-glass sheathing. Her keel is ONE PIECE laminated iroko skeg keel and the frames are laminated iroko. It is one the most durable method of building the wooden hull that requires basically no maintenance in the life of the yacht. Her hull has got 30mm , first layer of Iroko strip plank plus 3 layers of 4mm Khaya ( Acajou) veneers laminated in different angles to give robust hull form. Frames are laminated Iroko. Massive laminated Iroko stem-keel-skeg , all one piece of sculpture. On top of all this wooden planks and veneers, exteriors are covered with e-glass woven cloth epoxy sheathed.
