Justin Blue’s connection to the sea is not learned—it is lived. Raised aboard a sailboat, he spent his early years navigating the East Coast and the islands with his family, where the rhythm of the water became second nature. Those formative experiences instilled a perspective that is both rare and deeply authentic—one that continues to shape his approach to yachting today.
His professional journey began with Ferretti Group, where he was immersed in the development of Ferretti Yachts across the Americas. In an environment defined by craftsmanship and ambition, Justin developed a holistic understanding of the business—from the precision of build to the nuance of sales, marketing, and long-term client care. This foundation led him to establish his own firm, advising an international clientele on yacht acquisition, ownership, and management at the highest level.
After a successful exit, Justin returned to Ferretti Group as Chief Operating Officer for the Americas, where he oversaw the growth of its seven brands with a focus on market expansion and brand positioning. During this time, he played a pivotal role in elevating Pershing Yachts within the region and redefining Allied Marine as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer—guiding it to become the most successful dealer within the Ferretti Group globally.
With more than thirty years of experience, Justin founded YachtsBlue as a deliberate return to something more refined—more personal. A boutique platform built on discretion, trust, and a deeply hands-on philosophy, YachtsBlue is designed to serve as a true extension of its clients.
