2. LAYOUT OPTIONS:
Various Options are available as for Lower Deck Layout:
· 4x Cabin Version / Family Use.
· 5x Cabin Version / Charter Use.
Berths can be arranged in some cabins longitudinally or transversally, depending on versions.
Some of the double berths can be split in two, to convert it into a twin bed cabin.
PROPULSION & STEERING
SHAFT LINE ASSEMBLY:
o Shafts approx.diameter D65mm built in high tensile strength steel.
o 5-bladed Propeller, high Disc Area, anti-singning edges.
o Shafts supported by doble A-brackets, aluminium built.
o Cutlass bearing onto A-Bracket.
o Shaft Seal: Tides marine or Equivalent.
o Brush type Cathodic Connection between Shaft and Yacht’s structure.
PAINT JOB
Underwater:
o INTERNATIONAL Trilux 33 antifouling above required primers.
o No Fairing to be applied.
o Proposed antifouling colour: Black.
Above-Water:
o AWLGRIP or equivalent system completed to Superyacht standard.
o Interfill 830 fairing compound to be used throughout.
o Fairing to be checked with a 6m aliminium batten. Maximum deformations allowed are 3mm in 3m or 1mm in 1m.
Superstructures / Decks:
o AWLGRIP or equivalent system completed to Superyacht standard on superstructure side walls.
o Interfill 830 fairing compound to be used throughout.
o Bulwarks, bridge hard top, and superstructure tops, to be white painted.
o Anti skid preparation on superstructure fore tops and hard top.
o Fairing to be checked with a 6m aliminium batten. Maximum deformations allowed are 3mm in 3m or 1mm in 1m.
Inside Hull Areas:
o Engine Room Bilge (Light Grey bilge).
o Fore Peak (Light Grey floor/bilge+ White satin colour other areas).
o Aft Peak (Light Grey floor + White satin colour other areas).
Tanks:
o Jotun Painting system shall be appplied to Fresh Water Tanks, in accordance to Regulations.
Hull Designation and Marking:
o The vessel's name will appear on the transom in inox letters, and on both sides of the superstructure. It will also be marked in lifebuoys, liferafts and tenders.
o Name and Port of Registry will appear only on the transom.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Fire Fighting & Detection System:
Fixed fire detection and fire-alarm system installed in the following spaces:
• Machinery spaces.
• Stairways.
• Service Spaces.
• Accommodation Spaces (except toilets, bathrooms, void spaces, etc).
• Central Alarm Module operated from Bridge.
• Extinguishers as required by Certification.
Machinery Spaces:
• Fixed fire-extinguishing system.
• Pyrogen or equivalent fire-extinguishing medium
• Manual control. (2x separate controls).
• Portable fire-extinguisher as required by Certification.
Galley:

ELECTRICAL
Electrical Installation:
380V / 60Hz 3 phase AC Circuit:
• Options for:
o 2x Service generator 1x Caterpillar C4.4 - 44kW @1800rpm
• Or:
o 1x Service generator 1x Caterpillar C4.4 - 58kW @1800rpm
o 1x Caterpillar C2.2 Night Generator - 20Kw @1800rpm
• Main Generators arranged to run in parallel if similar size
• 1x Shore Power connections (100A each).
• 1x Shore Frecuency converters. Atlas or equivalent.
• Main Switchboards at Control Room in Engine Room.
• Distribution Switchboards as required at each Deck.
220V 60Hz AC Circuit:
o Distribution for all 230V Consumers.
o 4x Battery Chargers 24V as required.
24V DC Circuit (Starting + Emergency):
o Engines Starting Batteries 24V. These to be combined as Gensets Starting Batteries 24V.
o Transitional Emergency Batteries 24V, started automatically in case of failure of either the main or emergency source of electrical power, supplying at least the following services:
o 24V Service Switchboards.
o Emergency Lighting Switchboard.
o Standard Service Batteries 2V Cells, Capacity 2000A @24V.
Extended Service batteries: (Optional):
o Extended Capacity Li Batteries, 180kWh in 48V cells, converters and related equipment.
o This to serve all consumers on board for up to 16Hr at normal domestic consumption loads.
o Exact cpacities to be revised and system quoted separately as an Optional Item.
Solar Power:
Total Area is 64m2. The area is quite large while still respecting the look and styling of the yacht. Panels are flexible and thus follow the shape of the cabin, rather than looking square and flat with the result of a too industrial look of other Solar Yachts.
o Approx Maximum Power is 12.7Kw in best conditions, Summer time in the Med or US.
o Approx Maximum Power is 10.3Kw in best conditions, in south East Asia, but all year round.
Monitoring:
A basic monitoring system to be provided, cheking on main items, electric consumers, and machinery with displays at Bridge, Engine Room and handheld devices with wifi connection. Exact Specification to be defined.
MECHANICAL
Fuel System:
o 4x Storage Tanks: 2,000 Lt/each. Total 8,000 Lt.
o 1x Day Tank: 1,000Lt.
o Tanks to be of integral aluminium construction. Internal exposed surfaces to be treated with a suitable coating.
o Tanks equipped with the necessary vents, draining, inlet and outlet connections + sounding system.
o 1x Fuel Pumps for fuel Transfer + additional pump for Day Tank. Automatic operation.
o Electric SOS Valves as required.
Fresh Water System:
o 2x Storage Tanks: 1,500 Lt/each.
o Tanks to be of integral aluminium construction. Internal exposed surfaces to be treated with a suitable coating.
o Tanks equipped with the necessary vents, draining, inletand outlet connections + sounding system.
o 1x Shore Pressure Connection.
o 2x Pressure Sets fitted in parallel, 24V+220V. Gianeschi or equivalent. Self Priming for 2m height.
o 2x Sea Recovery – Aquawishper 900-1, 3400Lt/Day.
o Carbon based filters for cold water supply in all head basins and galley sink.
o 2x Calorifiers, 2kW,150Lt/each.
Black & Grey Water System:
o Grey Water Holding Tank: 2,000Lt.
o Black Water Holding Tank: 500Lt.
o Integral Aluminium Construction.
o Tanks equipped with the necessary vents, draining, inlet and outlet connections.
o Independent circuits for Black and Grey water.
o Marine Toilets Tecma type or equivalent.
o Sumpboxes on different bilge areas for Grey water circulation up to holding tank.
o 2x Electric pumps for discharging black & grey wate, fitted in parallel.
o Under water and shore discharge
Salt Water System:
o 2x Sea Inlets with strainers in ER + manifold.
o Valves to allow strainers to be cleaned without interruption of the salt water supply.
Air Conditioning System / Ventilation:
o Chilled water system with 3x modular compressors. Dometic MCGX 150 condensing unit (380V, 50Hz) in ER with total approx. capacity 150,000 BTU.
o 1x Heavy Duty circulation pumps.
o 10x Air Handlers (230V, 50Hz) throughout the Yacht.
o Heating will be achieved by means of reversing the cycle on the compressor units.
o Air Handlers controlled by electronic panels within each cabin, with option to reduce flow down to 60% maximum.
o Extraction fans in every bathroom.
o Extraction Units in Main Galley.
Engine Room Ventilation:
o Ventilation trunks concealed in the sides of the main superstructure. 2x Inlet + 2x Outlet Trunks Equipped with Fire Dumpers and Internal Insulation as required.
o Separate Air Inlet for Battery isolated compartment.
o Extraction via Engine room extractors, 2x Gianneschi or Elta Type. Target temperature increase in Engine Room to be Max 20ºC over exterior air temperature.
Bilge system:
o 3x watertight compartments considered, each of which must have a bilge suction:
o Fore Peak.
o Accommodation Area
o Engine Room
o Manifold Bilge System:
o Bilge manifold in ER.
o 1x central bilge pump working onto Bilge Manifold.
o 3x 30m3/h capacity automatic pumps + Manuel Pump as required.
Hydraulic System:
o Power pack to operate Tender Lift System.
o Power pack to operate transom pasarelle. Power pack may be only one if these items are of the same brand
Steering System:
• 2x Rudders. Standard Type Radice or equivalent.
